So, I’ve been using pheromone products (PM) for quite some time. I started using PM 4-5 years ago, but I haven’t used any in the last 2 years. I’ve just recently ordered some products from this website and two more from LS.
The main point of these products is to increase attractiveness, although some people use them with other purposes.
When people start using PM, they also start (or continue) learning more about the art of seduction and how to read “body language”. So, we end up detecting more hits that before and we end up being able to get those hits easier than before.
However, how can we be sure this is not placebo? I mean, what signs could make us say “This is the PM speaking”… or “These results were achieved thanks to my PM”?
I got good results with PM in the last, although nothing extraordinary. But let me explain this better… by “good results with PM”, I’m not including the girl I slept with the first night I wore The Edge, because her reaction didn’t seem unnatural. I had sex with her in many other different nights, without PM. So, how can I associate it with PM?
When I use PM, I get a lot more observant. I detect hits easier, even if they’re subtle. Perhaps some of those so called hits are not hits… it could me lowering the threshold for “hit”.
An example of PM working could be some girl who has never smiled to you (even though she had plenty of chances to do it) suddenly throw you a huge smile the first time you see her using PM. But even that is not 100% accurate. If she’s just passing by, would she have time to be affected by my PM? Hard to believe she could.
Another possible example would be some girl who has never said more than 2-3 words to you, but suddenly she becomes very flirtatious and keeps asking for your attention. That is a PM hit, in my opinion.
It’s hard to give PM a proper test, because people already know what to expect from certain product. They’ll act differently, they’ll be more attentive, they’ll probably be talking with women more than usual. All of that gives placebo results.
If you put snake oil in a bottle and give it to subject A and explain him how to read women’s body language and some techniques to establish a conversation, he’ll probably have more success than usual. But it wasn’t certainly because of the snake oil. That is what happens in this forums.
It’s like giving a supplement to subject B and then tell him “You will gain muscle with it… guaranteed… but you have to train well, sleep well and eat even better”. Well, DUUUUUhhh… obviously he will get results if he’s improving everything else. The supplement might give him a small small small help, but > 90% of results come from training, resting and eating.
If PM gives us up to 10% of our results, that means most people might be getting 3-8% (10% is max). The information given by manufacturers does not make possible clients think these products give 3-8% only.
So, the aim of this thread is for everyone please give examples of situations in which they are pretty sure PM were decisive. When do you consider your PM to actually do what manufacturers said they would do? Please state examples of hits that you think would never come without the aid of PM.
Thank you very much! I find this subject very interesting. Please help me make it even more interesting. ![]()
