I have one ounce bottles from Creatingperfume.com of full strength hedione.
I remove the cap, place my finger on the opening, tip it over and back, then smear the hedione on my chest, neck, or wrist.
That’s a “dab.”
Yes - Hedione is pretty light by itself.
A dab is a bit less than a drop IME - its not a particularly accurate measure and it depends on the size of the bottle opening as well but that’s not really the issue with Hedione. If you split a drop between the fingertips, you will probably get two dabs worth.
Interesting thing I’ve found recently is that Hedione has helped make a popular competitors product much more usable - I’ll not name it for obvious reasons but alongside Hedione and it has been hit after hit after hit. Which has never hapened before for me with it. I’d more or less given-up on the product till now.
Oh also, 2 sprays 2x TUTH, 2 drops A314 UFE and 4 spots Swiss Jasmine - has had me two pretty mad nights in a row in Berlin bars. I’m having a little rest today! 
My dabs of my hedione are repeatable - accurate implies quantifiable in units of measure. “Drops” suffer the same ambiguity given differences in viscosity, temperature, orifice size, surface tension, etc. But with droppers, I always assume 20 drops to a milliliter of a water or alcohol solution.
One basically needs a personal application method that is repeatable and calibrate that dosage against results.
Mixing is another matter…

Yup - this is why I went for the glass rod method - Its more consistent than a dropper in most situations and easy to spread out.
For the purposes of testing the Hedione/Jasmine elements, i dose them apart from any established mix.
Oh A314 UFE/ASAQ Jasmine, 2 drops/2 dropper spots both to each side of - I thought I’d have a quiet dray but no - Steaming hot on the U & S-Bahn and I got flirted with resoundingly all day!

Last night - Barmaid in place near my hotel. early 30s I’d say, tall tanned slim woman. Very flirty/playful of course as befits a hired-gun but tonight this took it to a new level.
I’d been out in the steaming heat all day starting about 6am, so my two drops A314 UFE must have been pretty well expired/sweated-out.
So I sprayed 3 sprays 2x TUTH round my neck and three spots Swiss Jasmine - Which were the two products conveniently in my pocket and went for a drink before going back to my hotel.
Well, the music was loud and she was dancing away as usual - She’s been exposed to lighter combos several times now with maybe slight interest/responses but this time it was full-on DIHL/IOI-time.
So much so that when she grabbed a passing female colleague for a playful snog right in front of me, she completely forgot to take my money. So I called her back, paid her and bloody hell, she was greatful - thanks, a gesture of thanks and then she leaned right across the bar and planted a whopping great kiss on me!
After that, she danced-up to the till and whilst putting the money away, she was thrusting her hips back and forth, whilst singing “SEX-SEX-SEX!” along to the music.
Guess where I mat be going again tonight - And I won’t be quite so knackered!

I’d say order pure hedione and alcohol separately and make your own mix in an empty spray bottle. It’s a much better bang for your buck. For like twenty dollars I got something like a potential 2 year supply.
Ok, but is the pure hedione in a liquid form?
Yep, a very slightly viscous clear liquid. It doesn’t smell anything when pure or very very light. It gets a very noticeable jasmine tea scent at 33% concentration. However odor is not necessary for effect. I prefer dabbing pure stuff these days. But I still enjoy the diluted scent at times.

I got my hedione from Perfumer’s Apprentice. I ordered the alcohol from a supplier in my own country because of Hazmat issues with customs on this substance.
All I know is I’ve been spraying:
2 sprays Tuth 2.5mcg each 30ml bottle
2 sprays TAC 10mcg each 30ml bottle
5 sprays HEDIONE diluted 25% in 30ml bottle
And I’ve been getting hits and attention and stares from ladies of a wide range of ages and races… All kinds of friendliness and such…
Wearing this I get pretty much stared at all day..
This HEDIONE takes stuff way over the edge.
Thanks for the info. Just wondering, I have seen that PC Invictus is still being sold. Since there is some kind of ban on oakmoss, does this mean the product available is a watered-down version? Have you tried that cologne, do girls like it? There are some very mixed reviews on Fragr*ntica. And they are not all about the ridiculous looking bottle .

My understanding is that the ban affected new stock/production but older stock should still be ok. The less strict US ban on Oakmoss for allergy reasons has been in place for longer though, so they may have switched to a synthetic.
Good quality natural oakmoss still seems easy to get in the EU though - For non scent/personal use in magic/hippy-shit shops, I picked-up a couple of varietys recently and both are quite viable, one for direct application the other more concentrated for dilution but I’ve not done much other than an allergy test (passed) because of doing so much with Hedione just now.
So any other potent and banned cologne I might want to pick up while in Abu Dhabi?
Not banned but good Ambergris-based attars are worth it - They may still be expensive but compared to Western products they are often pretty good value and with better choice/quality/less adulterated.
The top of the line “Musk Gazalla” by Arabian Oud and Abdul Samed Al-Qurashi (my favourite) are maybe worth a look. As far as I understand it, these are both still genuine - Although all other/lesser AO “deer” musks are now synthetic/imitation.
