Today started my 1 week exploration into the effects of p83.
I applied 5mcg to my wrists and rubbed some on my face. For a few seconds I had a buzz. The buzz wasn’t a typical buzz. It was like taking that last shot that puts you over the edge. A little overwhelming, but still good.
After 5 minutes the personal effects started kicking in. My posture straightened, and I continued getting ready for class. It had an effect on my thought processes as I began thinking about analyzing pheromone effects. I was then very detail oriented and tried to plan a couple moves ahead. During the 1 hour drive to campus I had the radio on and was deep in though about general life issues (things to accomplish, people to talk to, situations to take care of).
I park my car and walk out into this horrific freezing weather, and make my way to a computer lab to finish up some neglected homework for the upcoming class. It was a case study. I read a business situation regarding hotel management and explain what the manager should do to fix the problem. I was completely engrossed in the story. I could create stronger environmental images, and better feel the moods of the characters. I typed up the answers and headed off to class. We had an exam that I hadn’t studied for (I know, I’m a bad student, but I pull grades). I glanced though the book reading the captions but at this point (2hrs 30min after application) I couldn’t dive into any section in detail so I was rather scattered in my studying. Once more people arrived, discussions began and I found it almost impossible to concentrate. The exam started and I was about as focused as normal. I was a little bit more scattered in thought.
It seems that if given information that stimulates imagination p83 works very well, but can be a distractant from dull information.
As far as effects on other people I did not see anything noticeably caused by p83. After I finished the exam several of my class mates were gathered outside the room and a few more showed up (the others stayed in the room). We talked about how horrible the cold weather was, how none of the buses for the fort wayne school district started, ect… I did tease this cute freshman girl that’s transferring to IUPUI next semester (as am I). I introduced myself on the first day of class, and this is the only other time we’ve talked. I broke the awkward distance between us, but I think it was a coincidence.
More testing tomorow.
