Conjurator, we’re all unique in our own way! I shudder using P75 solo again. I actually combined P75 with P74, equal volume, which halved the amount of P75. I have a few business situations where this mix would be useful.
This sounds like my kind of mone…I’m an aggressive (expedient and with purpose) driver and shopper and will avoid the market entirely if I can help it. I literally yell at people while in my car…knowing they cannot hear me…but I usually feel better. I’ll note this for therapy…I mean “testing”

Lillian, IG is great for road rage. I’m much more forgiving, and I drive more responsibly. Heck, when I’m doing home projects and wear IG, I subconsciously wear safety goggles and a dust mask. I rarely do that! But, give P80 a try. I’m seeing it’s potential and might be up there for me with P96.
SITUATION: Business consulting for a friend.
A friend of mine wanted some business and marketing advice for a boutique he plans to open soon. In the past, when he has asked for my advice, he usually leaves feeling discouraged because he thinks I don’t understand his situation. It’s as if he wants validation for his ideas, even though I think his ideas need to be heavily modified. I agreed to give him more advice mainly because he’s the partner of one of my best friends.
PHEROMONES:
2 drops A314 (Royale)
2 sprays IH (1x)
OBSERVATION:
As usual, I listened to what he planned to do. He then asked me some very specific questions about setting up a website and ecommerce. I gave him my recommendations to ditch ecommerce because it’s a different business model than a brick-and-mortar store. I thought it would be best that he focused on local business first and add ecommerce only when he has a grip on running the business. Besides, he doesn’t have any procedures or space yet to fulfill orders.
Surprisingly, he accepted my idea. He thought it was good to set aside ecommerce and use the website just for marketing purporses.
The rest of the time was very similar. He proposed an idea, and I modified it or told him not to do it. Each time, he agreed with my reasoning.
ASSESSMENT:
I’m in love with A314! I wish I had this 20 years ago. It would have made my life so much easier. I just love how my friend accepted my advice, which is the advice I use in my own business. In the end, he felt much better about proceeding forward knowing he has a better plan than before.
Really nice combo for business. I usually use A314 Rev 32, IS, and P74 as my main work mix. I may try to throw the IH in there instead of the P74. I have had good luck with P96 in there to instead if the P74. Very nice combo for work.
I’ll add to my WL for trying, figure why not…would not have foreseen loving 32B so much… Freaking love these little bottles of AWESOME!!! And DO SO make life easier.
Sadly though, mone-less day. I only brought the 32B and TUTH, was hoping to get a solo 32 test in, but as it happens I have to skip the tough mudder run today to tend the children…already established bAD in unruly environment, and oldest one is sick :/…He was falling asleep at dinner table last night and it was a fantastic little Irish pub!!! I may as well clear today. No big on the run, this would have been the second one this year for me.
Yeah, it is a great product. I’m actually glad that it was out of stock for several months when I first got into mones. I wouldn’t have experimented with the others products if I started with A314. It suits my persona a lot! But for the sake of science I will ditch it for today and experiment with P80 again.
SITUATION: The Man
OK, this is more of my overall experience using pheromones around The Man. He hates it. Not that he hates pheromones because he uses them, too. He hates the cologne scent of AD products. He doesn’t find cologne sexy. It doesn’t matter what I wear - IG, P96, P83, P80, P130, TUTH - he hates the cologne scent. Neroli is the worst of the bunch. Himalayan smells like baby powder to him. Ammo and World scents are better, but he still doesn’t feel sexual whenever he smells the stuff. In his worlds, “It’s a boner killer.” Yeah, go figure.
(Actually, I suspect there’s some connection with not-so-happy childhood memories of his drunk step-father wearing cologne.)
Luckily I have some unscented mones to use around him. He’s also OK with A314 Royale, but sure sucks that I can’t use the putatives with him. Well, I can use them around him. I just can’t expect sex out of the deal. I even have a 30 ml bottle of TUTH that I bought just to use with him. The first time I tried it out, we stopped midway and cuddled instead. (Do people still do that nowadays?) Today I barely got away using P130. Good thing we’re poly. I’m sure I can find someone else to use these mones on.
Have you tried the Grapefruit scent? Maybe try some of the other scents in the woman’s options? I was thinking of getting all of them in P74 just to try out the women’s scents just to see what they are like. I am really eyeballing the cookie one. Maybe Lil will come in and give us some insight on this. I am really curious about this.
I haven’t tried grapefruit, but I suspect he still won’t like it. I talked more about this with him this evening. Ammo smells like Dial soap, which he doesn’t like. World comes closest to what he calls a masculine cologne without the disagreeable reaction. So, I guess all of my putatives will be in World scent from now on. In a way, I think this a good thing because I think World scent blends best with my natural body odor and chemistry.
SITUATION: Me
PHEROMONE: 4 sprays of IShine (1x)
OK, I work at home by myself. I live in the country. There are some days when the only person I speak to is The Man. And my cat.
Today was one of those dark, dreary, cold fall days when I was feeling pathetic and lonely. While I contemplated answering the Craigslist ad of the guy who was looking for someone as lonely as he was, I thought I better snap out of this funk. I searched through my cache of pheromones, found IShine, and spritzed on 4 sprays. The Man wasn’t home, so I figured I could get away with this amount of neroli scent.
In the first 30 minutes, I noticed a slight elevation of my mood. But after 30 minutes, it was like someone turned on a light switch. I had a surge of euphoria. I was dancing to some song stuck in my head. I recited some Shakespeare in my crappy Americanized English accent. I felt like a kid whose parents just told him they’re all going to Disneyland for the weekend. Disneyland! I know, right? How awesome would it be to go to Disneyland for the weekend. Awesome, right?! Woohoo!
I need to buy IShine in 4x concentration by the 5-gallon bucket! This stuff rocks!
Did you crash hard at the end of the Day? I find IS energy depleting after a few hours sometimes. I Will try two 2x soon though looks fun.
I took it about 90 minutes ago. I’m still on it. Woohoo! Yeah, give it a try. Do it in the evening so that if you crash, you can just go to bed. Try four sprays. It’s fun! Yeah, now I know what I really want for Christmas. A dump truck of IShine! It’s liquid sunshine. Better than coffee. Wow! The Man came home, too. Good thing I didn’t use IO. I would have talked his ear off. Seriously, all that funk, gloom, and self-pity I was feeling throughout the day is totally gone. I LOVE ISHINE!
Ha Ha I use IS sometimes for the same thing. I use 3 sprays 1X of IS and 7.5 MCG of P74 with it and it is like cloud 9. I find using the P74 I don’t get the IS crash like I would using IS solo. What is weird to is some guys get depression from A1 and I have used A1 at low doses around 10 MCG for this same thing.
That’s good advice. I’ll experiment in pairing IShine with P96, P74, and A1. I’ll come up with my own happy combo for daytime use. By the way, going overboard with IShine in early evening is perfect. By the time it wears off, it’s bedtime!
IS is my most used consumer product for sure. The only problem is with IS and P74 is that it needs a sexual for sure if you want it to go anywhere. I usually just use this combo for myself when the wife is gone during the day. I tried with A1 now that you mention it and man I was feeling real good with that combo to. I might get on an IS kick now he he. I know IS has TAA and am not sure what else in it. I like TAA on it’s own to. I am sure this is what causes the crash with IS.
I just ordered IShine 4x! I plan to use it for when the winter blues get to me. Also got a 30 ml bottle of P96. Looking forward to testing this out with IShine. Since this is for my personal self-effects, I don’t need anything else. I just need something to get me out of the gray cloud funk.
Tonight I’ll be testing P80 at an LGBT function.
SITUATION: LGBT social at a local bar.
These socials are organized gatherings. We meet periodically at various breweries and bars throughout the city. The venues are not gay owned per se, but they are very gay-friendly. I go to these functions primarily to socialize.
PHEROMONE: 1 spray P80 (12.5 mcg/spray)
This is part of my quest to see which pheromones gay men respond favorably to. I judge the pheromone by how well I carry a conversation with a guy. If I happen to get a guy’s contact info, great. But that’s not the intent. Usually.
OBSERVATIONS:
I arrived at the bar and spray P80 to my neck prior to getting out of my car. A small handful of people are already there, and I introduce myself to them. I feel confident and very grounded.
Throughout the first hour or so, more people arrive and I strike up several conversations with men and women. Conversation flows smoothly and readily. People are very much willing to listen to me. They don’t try to talk over me or interrupt me. I also look guys in the eyes when I speak, and I seem to have a great interest in what they say as they are interested in what I have to say. They respond to my questions in a friendly manner and provide more than a one-line responses.
About 90 minutes after spraying on P80, I feel its effects waning. For the next 30 minutes, I noticed that I’m not as talkative. That feeling of awkwardness starts to creep in, so I go to the restroom and add another spray of P80. After that, I feel that surge of confidence returning and I was able to converse more readily and openly.
Towards the end of the evening, I ended up having a really great conversation with a guy (38) and woman (26). We sat together for about an hour after everyone else from our group had left for the evening. We seemed all interested in each other’s stories. We eventually parted ways five hours after the event started.
ASSESSMENT:
This is my second time wearing P80 solo. (See post #77 for my first solo test.) It really does ground me and enhances my self-confidence. I first described this putative as giving me a feeling of masculinity. I want to take that back because I don’t feel masculine per se. I feel grounded, confident, and social. I don’t feel the bravado and swagger of P75 that I might associate with masculinity. Rather, I feel good about myself. It’s a very similar feel to IG, but I feel more engaged with the people around me.
Talking with new people also came very easily and naturally. It didn’t feel forced or awkward. I was able to look people in the eye and really pay attention to what they were saying. No one talked over me or interrupted me. I also noticed that no one invaded my space or touched me.
The only downfall of this putative is that it lasted for only 90 minutes. I can’t say if the second spray lasted longer because I already had four beers by the third hour of the event. The last two hours I was probably riding on my own charisma fueled by beer.
As for attraction, I don’t think it increased my level of attraction or made me bold enough to flirt with someone I thought was attractive. Again, it lacks the bravado of P75. It seems that P80 needs a bit of punch from Ammo, TUTH, or A314. I’ll try it solo again at another LGBT function tomorrow night.
With that said about attraction, the last guy I spoke with last night sent me a message with his phone number. He said we don’t need to wait until the next event to see each other again. Yeah, that’s definitely a hit!
SITUATION: Visit to the doctor.
PHEROMONE: 2 drops A314 (Royale)
This is my second time using A314 solo in public.
OBSERVATIONS:
Driving to the doctor’s office, I felt a bit aggressive behind the wheel. I live in the country, but my doctor is in downtown. Downtown traffic always brings out the worse in me. A314 seemed to enhance that.
I arrive to the office, check in, and wait. After a couple minutes, the nurse calls for me. Based on her body language, she seemed very confident and competent. I usually get the nurse who’s new to the profession and seems very mousey. Not her. We immediately hit it off, joking about the weather and such.
In the exam room, she takes my blood pressure, and asks me questions about medications I’m on. She then asks if I want a flu shot. I gave her an emphatic yes, which both surprised and pleased her. She then left the room while I waited for the doctor.
I’ve been seeing this doctor every six months for over a decade. I was in again for a refill on a medication. While I was there, I also wanted a refill of a medication he prescribed for me a while back. After he arrived in the room and did the preliminary rounds of questions regarding my main medication, I asked him about this other medication.
He says, “OK, how many pills do you want?” I thought this was strange because he’s the doctor, right? He should tell me how many pills I need. I said I needed a three-month supply, one pill a day for three months. So I asked for 90 pills. He approved my decision and left the room to write the prescription.
I expected the prescription to be 30 pills per month with three refills. When he handed me the prescription, I noticed that he wrote it for 90 pills per month for three months! He has written this prescription for me before and it’s in my chart, and he has never given me this type of dosage before. Of course, I didn’t say anything since it was in my favor. That meant I could stock up and avoid an additional office visit if I needed more. The medication is also cheap enough that I didn’t mind getting 90 pills at a time.
After the doctor left, the nurse came back to give me the flu shot. She was very friendly and outgoing, which was the first time any nurse at that clinic behaved that way with me. Usually they’re either very stoic or very shy and mousey.
ASSESSMENT:
This is the second time that someone fumbled in their job while I was wearing A314 solo. Fortunately, the mistake was in my favor, but it’s still interesting that the doctor got confused about the prescription. Either that or he was simply helping me out discreetly. But based on the conversation we had, I don’t think this was the case.
If I plan to wear two drops of A314, I need to consider a buffer to reduce any potential intimidation. Of course, I certainly didn’t intimidate the nurse! I’ll have to try A314 solo around gay men.
Hmm… where can I do that?
I have been testing P75 with great results so far and am not quite done testing but I feel like I get the same effects from P75 as you get from P80. I maybe have to retry P80 again to see what I get. I had a hard time trying to figure P80 out. Pago has done a lot of testing on P80 and he noted that around every 90 minutes or hour or so that he had to reapply.
