any signs of addiction to instant shine?

He will have 42 more negatives from me in the next day or two, because I fully intend to take back the 42 positives I accidentally gave him and neg him an equal amount! Unless he gets himself banned before then, which I’d say is probably something less than an even money bet.

In answer to your unseen question…

Your in moderation which means all posts have to be approved by a moderator before they appear,

If you respond with facts, evidence, some rational reasoning behind your opinion then it will be approved. If all your going to do is troll and flame the post will remain in moderation. Nothing containing any facts about mones has been moderated from you so please stick to the words under your name and speak some truth.

I agree in a way it is. Gegogi clearly stated that pyscological dependance can occur and I agree with him. But I still maintain that physical dependancy can not happen. Mones occur naturally in the body. They fluctuate depending on diet, race , age, health, hormone levels ect ect. We cant become physically addicted to what we naturally make. You can not Physically withdraw from them like a drug. Can you like them and not want to stop using them. Sure but I have met 1000’s of mone users here and they share there successes and failures with mones and not one has ever become addicted to them. Thats all the proof I need really. People can take that for whatever it is worth to them.

I would like to see the reasoning behind why PAE thinks you can become physically dependant on mones. Do not compare it to gambling or any other pyscological dependancy. We already stated that can occur very clearly from the beginning and more then once. He feels you can so without flaming what evidence to you have to support that opinion ?

Tisha

Now that sounds interesting, (hopefully it wasn’t an online forum)
Did you report on what you wore to meetings?

I guess I can take credit for taking him from 2 to zero, and I said his name calling was not playing nice. someone with a rep power of 16 took him down, another 16, or combination of rep powers to equal 16.

I missed that, thus I broke my own rule, “Never feed the trolls they typically will hang themselves, all on their own”

Tisha,

I have given just as much, possibly more facts than you have on this thread.

It is FACT, that I BELIEVE that it IS POSSIBLE that someone could develop some sort of ADDICTION to these substances.

tell me that is not fact.

We can not become addicted to what our bodies naturally produce? So there is absolutely no possible way that anyone could ever be addicted to adrenaline? Not even a tiny little chance? No way? Ever?

Adrenaline Addiction Info & Articles

No way could anyone ever be addicted to what their body produces naturally?

My guess is, since this is detrimental to your statements, this post will not make it past moderation.

Show me one fact other then this post. Not your opinion a fact

Your link is not working and we are talking about addiction to pheromones not adrenalin. Being addicted to adrenalin is a psychological addiction. Your addicted to a feeling caused by the adrenalin not the adrenalin itself. I said to produce evidence of Physical addiction. We already stated in our very first post that psychological dependency could occur.

Its a fact that you believe it yes but because you believe it doesn’t make it truth.

And once again your guess would be wrong. Your statement is not detrimental in any way to my opinion. You refuse to admit that addiction has more then one definition and we simply separated physical from psychological and we did this starting from our first replys before you responded.

Tell me did gegogi not say this …

Did I not say this

Heck! Who cares if you have an addiction with pheromones!?! It’s not like its a bad addiction like cocaine or any drugs or alcohol. Your not gonna die from it! or is your brain gonna get fuc*ed up by smelling it 24/7, c’mon.. Not all addictions are bad! Look at me, Im a 360addict!!!

tisha,

you both also stated that addiction is not possible. You went on to back that up with ‘you cant be addicted to something your body produces naturally’

I then went on to say it is possible to be addicted to pheromones, it is possible to be addicted to something your body produces naturally. I proved it.

Quick wrap up: you said its impossible, I said its possible, you said you cant be addicted to something you produce naturally, I proved that you can.

And this is where we stand.

I’m chalking this one up in the win column

Actually when you neg rep it only counts for 1/2 your rep power, so it had to be a users(s) with rep power of 32 to knock him down by 16

That is not a fact! It is called an opinion. And, that opinion is riddled with uncertainty!

And PAE, I won’t be bothered to give you the satisfaction of responding to your PM.

Do you even read my posts ?

At this point I see no point in debating it with you. Your argument is redundant and you ignore any statement given. I already gave my thoughts on adrenaline addiction. Its Psychological not Physical.

So we will just have to agree to disagree or do you have a problem with that to.

And now I know your problem, A few words speak volumes. Here if this makes you feel like a man I will stroke ya. I have no Alpha issues, Im a Alpha and I know it and my opinion remains but to keep the peace…

Gee PAE your right and little Pheromaster Tisha is wrong and all that training means nothing compared to your vast knowledge of pheromones so your opinion must be right. Snort, Feel better now. Good

Tisha

Who said it was impossible??? Anything is possible. Gegogi was referring to the drug related term of addiction. But psychologically, anything could be an addiction even the most harmless of things. It reminds me of a book called, “Everything is bad for you, an a-z guide of what you never knew could kill you” -mentions everything from erasers, to air, to the color of you eyes. Pretty amusing. :stuck_out_tongue: , anyway…

I see psychological addiction more like something that takes so much of your time that it interfers with your life or your relationships (like gambling) or a dependency on it to deal with difficult situations or social situations. But pheromones enhance you in social situations, if you are using it as a crutch you are using it wrong

what did I miss? You are saying it is psychological not physical, and I am assuming you mean its a psychological ADDICTION. You can get into all the semantics that you want, but I’m just trying to say: THAT IT IS POSSIBLE TO BE ADDICTED TO SOMETHING YOUR BODY PRODUCES NATURALLY, INCLUDING PHEROMONES!!

I believe that this should be the end of this thread. And i dont need/want you to stroke me. I just want the creator of this thread to have my opinion on whether or not there is a chance that he may experience something along the lines of (insert whatever crazy ticy-tac adjective you want here) addiction.

I do not need to be a decade long pheromone junkie to let this guy know that addiction might be possible!!!

love ya Tishaaaaaaaaa

Saiifz, unlike some responders, I have been using it close to a couple of years. WOW how time flies. I have never had any issue whatsoever that I felt compelled to wear it (as in addiction). In fact pheromones for me just kind of are there, like toothpaste. I use them daily, but sometimes they just kind of blend into the day and I forget all about them.

I haven’t worn any pheromones this week while my leg healed and didn’t miss them at all. No issues at all. Ishine I usually wear daily when dealing with all the tickets, helping Mick answer them, April sort shipping issues and what not. Didn’t wear it once this weak and besides from the shaking, uncontrollable twitches, convulsion’s, chills, and the need to run through the streets screaming for my IShine there was no ill effects at all.:stuck_out_tongue:

I am sure you will hear from almost every user on here that has used for more than three months that they also had no addiction issues with pheromones.

Is it possible you can gain an addiction to pheromones, I can’t say for sure as I have seen no research that supports this claim. I guess some people can become addicted to posting on forums, but is this addiction the same type of addiction as smoking crack. I would say NO. Compared to crack calling it an addiction though is kind of silly if you were to ask me. More like a bad habit.

I understand. It’s just that PAE isn’t willing to admit that, clinically, using the term ‘addiction’ is incorrect when referring to ‘psychological dependencies’. I was just saying that the last 6 pages of text was really just two arguments.

First, if it’s possible to become psychologically dependent, can we refer to it as ‘addiction’?

And second, is it possible for pheromones to be physically addictive?

The answer to the first question is, sure, why not? It’s not completely accurate but people will know what you’re talking about.

The answer to the second question, as far as I know, is no.

So yes, pheromones can be “addictive” in the loose, psychological sense, but it is not addictive, in the strict, clinical sense.

This thread should have been over LOOONNNG ago. Sigh..

I mean really, it just comes down to that. Either accept it, or call it false. It won’t change my damn life.

I guess I should chime in and say my earlier statement about addiction not being possible clearly referred to physical addiction to pheromones. And thanks Tisha for so elegantly pointing this out. After all pheromones are not drugs and are mere reproductions of natural body fluids. And I made this statement because the OP was overstating his compulsive use of IS and hinting they were similar to certain drugs in this regard. I agreed psychological dependence is possible and is indeed a common problem among humans, albeit rarely with use of artificial pheromones (otherwise AD would be a lot richer!). Compulsive behavior is much more common in regards to eating, porn, sex, internet use, computer games, shopping, etc. I think the word addiction is often used too broadly and seems refer any repeated behavior nowadays.

For myself, I feel absolutely nothing from use of pheromones. Zippo. Not even a twitch. And I’m glad as I like being in control and want my pheromones to only influence my targets. And even the first few months of use the little phero buzz was subtle. So while most users get a small kick initially, it fades with regular use and can’t be recreated with higher doses. Not the kind of feeling one easily gets hooked on when brew 'n smokes are a millions times better. Hell, even a 20 minute workout gets me higher than a bucket of pheromones. Nevertheless, I can see weak personalities with poor social skills and/or low self-esteem as the most likely to develop a psychological dependence on pheromones. Not because of how it makes them feel, but because they feel incomplete without it. Kind of like the woman whom never leaves the home without makeup on or the guy that pumps iron before a date to look a little more ripped. They feel it’s their ace in the hole and they’d suck without it.

I was one of the initial repsonders and I am neither - just a customer with a couple years experience. I do not work directly or indirectly for Androtics or Pherotalk.

I think Tisha in an earlier comment and Phya and Gegogi in the last couple of posts are pretty accurate in in their statements. Could you develop a psychological dependency to these products? Maybe. Just like anything. But the issue would not be the products but you …

Do I like to wear the products? You bet. Do I not wear them in certain situations or even for a few days and not miss them? You bet.

I do not feel any of us regular forum members were misleading. These substances are not physically addicting and do not really do enough to create a psychological depency. Tisha, Gegogi, myself and many others will tell you these products may give you an edge, they may grease the tracks, but in the end it is always 90% you and 10% pheromones.

If you build a true psychological dependency on these products then the issue is you, not them, and you are probably just as likely to have or have had the same problem with other things.

Thanks SteveO and bosshank. Bosshank your last sentence gave me an aha moment and that is the egotistic side of pheromones, which is something androtics has nothing to do with. It’s their jobs to make the products and the consumers use them as they wish. When I first used A314 I believed in it. I thought it was the ultimate super power, and guess what…if I walk around assuming people will follow me, will they will..if you have 100% sureness of your reality..people get sucked into it. Now whether your belief is based and built on your VALUES and coreself OR on EGO that’s another thing.

In other words, if a guy gets girls because he’s rich. If he gets poor = no girls. If a guy gets girls cuz he’s a basketball player, when he comes across a girl who doesn’t care for basketball..he’s not worth shit. If you stick your identity to anything besides YOURSELF you’re taking yourself on a downhill journey. I had that belief in A314 for a while..and one day I didn’t wear it I felt weak..really weak, but it was because I was feeling “oh shit, im not wearing that juice..now girls won’t react positively to me”..and i squeezed inside myself… after a lil of self attendance and realizing I’m becoming more to wear these things like a helper to ease my journey of self improvement, as a weapon not an ESSENCE. Sometimes I would wear pheromones and not be aware of effects or even looking at girls reactions.. so in summary psychological addiction is person’s responsibility, however the physical addiction is the one I was asking about.. I don’t see any crave for pheromones thus far and I’ll take your word as someone who’s used them for two years..

oh yeah, and needless to say I have nothing to do with any immature discussions happening in this thread.

A314 sends out a strong signal. But if you read Renny’s thread on congruence (and please be sure to read it) then you will see that it, like all the products here - just send signals. If you do not take positive action then the signal will be ignored.

But if you behave like a leader and lead, then people will connect the signal and the behavior and react to you like a leader.

You can likewise wear IO but if all you do is scowl and ignor people, they will not talk to you no matter how much you spray on.

And finally - you asked a valid question. You are not responsible for the responses.

But no - no physical addiction - lol.

OMGZ YOU ANDROTIXZZ PEOPLES GETZ PAID TO LIES ABOUT TEH PHAROMONS BEING ADDICTED! NAZI GODERATOR EDUT MY POSTESES! MY REPS DISAPPARRED WHYLZE YOU CONSPIREZ TO ADDICT TEH WORLDZ WITH YOUR PHAROZ! YOUZE ALL NEEDZ DETOXIZEZ AND INTARVENTION!

This thread is fuckin epic.

Back off Pheraoh, you’re gonna clue people in as to the evil intent of Androtics in their quest for world domination through phero use and the serious addiction withdrawals people will suffer when they cut off the phero supply. :open_mouth:
