im sucha AFC

well it happend. she left me. i hate this part. it went to far for her, she broke down into tears and went home. deleted me from all her little social networks and wont take my calls. i treated her perfect. now here i am, 23 year old dude stuck in his room tearing up. how do i get over this shit??!!

I am afraid to say to you that it is too late, mate… Important rule to remember - whoever admits first, looses.

I suggest you cut your losses, there is 2,999,999,999 more women in the world. Forget the “perfect woman” thing - the magic ends as soon as you form a family and get into a long haul work-home-work rut…

My commiserations on that… Now give her space, don’t contact her unless she contacts you…

Also, don’t be upfront with your feelings… It’s a stupid myth that NEVER worked for me yet and I’ve tried also… Keep your aura of mystique and let HER wonder what’s going on…

appreciate the input guys. im glad i joined this forum instead of just lurking for a while. now she started calling me again so who knows what the hells going to happen. i wont keep boring you with the play by play but i will say this: TUTH is daaaangerous. we hang out a lot, it wasnt until i brought TUTH into the equation that things got way to sexual. gotta be careful with this stuff.

It’s hard bro, I know cause I’ve been there…too many times for my pride to let me count out here. It stings and it’s gonna sting for a while. If you’re like me you might go through a falling apart phase where your home is a mess and you mope about it in your pajama’s all day feeling sorry for yourself. Then you go through a “I’ll show her” phase where you go on a huge self improvement kick (you have no idea how many gyms owe their new sign ups to rejections and breakups). The problem with that is the girl is still the focus. The good news is that if you stick with it eventually your direction becomes your focus for it’s own sake. Which is as it should be. Focus on yourself and your life/lifestyle. Join a gym, take a class or two, go out with friends and meet new people, expand your social circle even if your just making friends and not gaming women. Try to have some fun and do things to take your mind off of her and the situation and cheer yourself up.

I hate saying this because it might encourage the wrong mentality but I know women well enough to tell you that her deleting you from her social networks is a token symbolic gesture at most. I’ll bet dollars to pesos that she has your myspace and facebook pages book marked and will be checking up to see how you’re handling the situation.
Give her something to see. Don’t post “today my heart is broken” or “I’m so depressed I want to die” Instead let her know you cared and were interested but that you’re still a strong independent man. Post that you’re a little depressed because something that looked hopefull didn’t pan out but that you’re prepared to move on. She WILL see it, if not herself then second hand via mutual friends. Then follow through and work on your life and force yourself to have some fun. Worst case scenario, it’s totally over but you get over it a lot faster by forcing yourself to see that she’s not everything. But there is a possibility that seeing you having a fun interesting life will show her what she’s missing out on and she might try to re initiate contact with you. I’d rather you not have that thought in your mind when you do things, better for you to just let go of things all together and whatever happens happens but I have to be honest about what the possibilities are.

Radman’s the man - experience shows. I underwrite every word. There is a simple rule of thumb - if you do not bed a women you desire within the space of three dates, after that your chances rapidly diminish with time .

is her bf in the military?

Rad’s advice is solid.

It’s ok to be upset. It’s only natural and you shouldn’t feel bad about that. Infact its probably healthier to let it out then to hold it all back.

However, exactly as Rad has said, do not let her know.

Heh, your post really strikes home. I had something similar happen just a few months ago, except the girl and her boyfriend were going through a rough patch. Hell, she even had conditions for us seeing each other! Things heated up and we were about to get into a relationship before I had cold feet and realized that if she cheated on him and left him for me, what’s stopping her from doing the same to me?

It’s not fun to go through and it truly is an awful feeling, but you need to learn from this and realize that if a girl will do something like that to you, then she doesn’t deserve your time.

Best of luck, bud. Now is the time for healing.

I can’t agree with this 100%…

Most men are f***ing idiots, so you can’t just assume that because she’s unhappy in her current relationship, that she’s a complete slut, can you???

With ENOUGH effort and mind games you may get most women to cheat…

And the dice has been rolled, you put yourself into this situation when you clearly had the option to choose otherwise when you were wanting to know what pheromones to use around her. Sad thing is you’ve just made things worse for yourself, If it doesnt eat you up on the inside and turn you into a raging jealous pig it’s defintly going to make things between you and her more akward over time espically when her boyfriend comes back. I wish you the best of luck
