Dude - people are going to be searching for build-up and they are going to come across your post and if that’s all they see they will figure that build-up is just an issue that one just shouldn’t worry about. But the reality is your view is an evolving one and based on quite a short history and it is different from the experiences of many others here - yet you speak very categorically like you are certain buildup doesn’t matter. So maybe a little equivocation here wouldn’t be a bad thing.
Fem and chill mones can counterbalance a none OD, but that is a delicate art and the problem is that they tend to be more volatile - so that a few hours later all you are left with is scary none monster, which is only fine in very restricted circumstances.
