I don’t believe straight up TUTH, I ever used it solo at work. Normally, because I work in an office environment and did not need to have a horn dog vibe going on distracting or making others uncomfortable. When I say distracting this includes ME, because TUTH does seem to affect ME as well. I get a bit flushed and ornery with it on. I CAN be distracted from my work focus with this on. 
In other settings, like out with friends, sometimes this would make others and even my wife would be uncomfortable.
