Lifting weights, I’ve heard tell several having good results with AMMO, TUTH, or IJ. The none helps some get the roar out of them to push further and harder.
Don’t know if P74 or the fun loving TAA will help in this respect. TAC?! Well, it just seems to envelope you in good, comfy, feeling. You may want to just curl up in bed with a good book.
Either way, give it a go! Why not?! Let us know how it went for YOU! 
I used a314, PI and p83 at the gym today. I then added 75 taa and this really helped take the edge off without dulling my workout. I want to interact well while at the gym as well.
Ahhhh… ok. So, its not only about the self effects and getting the most out of your workout, but, good responses from those around you. Sooka… I can see P83 and TAA giving a good vibe to those around you.
Did you notice any INCREASE in reps or endurance because of the mones? Or, was this a social event with exercise added into the mix?
All of the mones really have to do with your intentions. Why you are putting them on. What effects do you want/try to get from you and others around you.

At the gym it’s 2/3 health and 1/3 social. So I mostly like the energizing and motivating stuff. And an upbeat social that wont relax me too much like tac. IH seems like a waste at the gym and it could detract from the workout?
Yes, the nol based mones may not be the best ones to use when TALKING to others and communicating is the results.
IShine will be good for an upbeat social vibe with a youthful vibe to others. I think TAA or IShine would be ok for that.
Perhaps I should also not use p74 when working out.
P83 might be good actually, along with taa and either -none product or p75. I feel that I shoulr focus more on the workout and do social stuff more elsewhere.
Do these three sound good or would you skip the p83?

P74 at the gym is great, uplifts you and the people around you, makes the air a bit lighter. I would avoid P83, could make people uncomfortable, I would also avoid TAC, could make you dull and mellow. Also, no AndrosteNONE based products, or P75, it could make some guys pissed off at you. I would recommend using a AndrosteRONE based product instead, with 30mcg P74, or P74 solo.
I wanted to get along with everybody and have respect, and found P74 to be the best to use at the gym. Sometimes I would add IG or plain AndrosteRONE if I need a confidence/strength boost.
Sometimes women would approach me when using P74 after they were seeing that I was getting along with a lot of people. It’s a good status/social proof booster as well.
The p74 did not seem to diminish my workout yesterday and felt better than my previous high intensity mix of p75, a314, and -none. I used 5 -rone with the p74, perhaps could go to 7.5 or 10?
Also, p74 doesn’t affect my thinking or decisionmaking negatively, but actually makes me more relaxed and casual. Sometimes with -nols, p75 or -none, I have to be careful about being a bit impulsive or “loose” in my behaviors. I suppose these 3 are better for targeted, one on one interactions?
Good for you to notice the impulsive behaviour of none and nols. Once you know, the better you’ll handle the mone in your social interactions. Depending on where you’ll use it and with what intentions, you’ll either have to be mindful of your responses with these on, or go with them, highlight their ‘impulsive’ responses in you.

Ues, I actually had to stop when I was about to reveal an angry opinion about someone, after this gentleman had said he was a nice guy. I knew more about him. It may have seemed a little non-smooth to stop in mid sentence but I feel better than if I had babbled something to regret. But overall the IH was fun and I feel like it can be mutually beneficial for making connections with respect for self and others.
All righty… I’ve had some interest in renewing my AMMO usage and have done so for the past month or so. I got a 1x spray 30 ml bottle, standard FF21 strength. Basically, an ‘off the shelf’. Though, ANY of these mone babies is anything but!
I’ve been adding a spray or two to A314 drops, the classic, AMMO and IShine, leaning heavy on the IShine or vice versa. Using it with P123 @ 25 mu per spray or with IO. Very good stuff. I recall having used too much AMMO and getting the cold shoulder from my A. However, with small amounts of AMMO with the occasional to increasing exposure to it, she has come to accept it and like it. I had re-read my TUTH immunity thread and found this little gem of a recommendation by the BigQ:

I tweaked it a bit and used AMMO instead of TUTH.
Last night, I had sprayed on:
1 x AMMO (Regular, standard scent) - To the throat
2 x TAC (10 mu per spray) - To the forehead and one to the wrist and spread bewteen them
This was about 10 minutes before we were going to sit down and take in a movie. She had said she wanted to relax and unwind. Well, @ 20 minutes into the ‘movie’, she makes a suggestive move. Feet can be VERY communicative!
We play around a bit that’s great. Sensual and relaxed.
After the movie, we talk for a while until ‘whoa, let’s get to sleep because I got to get up early tomorrow’ and she did have to leave earlier than normal. Well, the AMMO signature with the TAC had her thinking, I could tell as I was not directing or pushing for anything as, to tell the truth, I was tired as well.
The TAC was very good for her to comfortably initiate and the AMMO was searched for by her nose, straight to my throat. Very intensely and prolifically, which was much more than I expected, for a couple of tired people.
Additional Thoughts:
AMMO is a great signaler of Sexy. You don’t need to much around some people and the relaxed confidence that you show is only accentuated by the AMMO. As we were together, close with 1 spray of standard AMMO was good enough to have her thinking of Sexy 1Alpha. With my environment in mind, 1 spray was plenty. You don’t have to clobber some people over the head with this stuff by applying a tonne of sprays. This will more likely backfire on you the younger you are and I’m talking, as a general rule.
Love how mones continue to show differing facets of goodness. You must be patient and observant to cultivate that juicy goodness. You look and learn, then, re-learn lessons. I need to have a humble attitude to get the most out of my mones. If I think I know it all already, I’ll lose so much that my mones and observations can teach me.
Test to prove, test everything, re-test again to re-learn what has been learned.

THE P96 guy… didn’t know if you saw, but, unfortunately, Bella bought the last of Tisha’s P96 stash. 
Perhaps one of the lesse known putatives could be a dectn substitute for p96?
THAT would be an awesome find. So, testing new molecules along with dosage is so important. I haven’t found one that is quite like P96 has been described.
I have been providing some difficult support to family these last few days and I’m emotionally drained. A has helped me a bit on it, but, it’s been a very trying time. Family member has been struggling with cancer and though it was in recession, it’s been coming back with a vengeance. I hate giving loved ones bad news. It stabs at my own heart.
I’m a bit out of it as well because sleep has been elusive.
Not sure how things will be playing out these next few weeks to months and this will be trying to drain me whenever I think about it.
I’m trying to just let it play out and resist it’s effects.
Mones are still a reprieve for me while testing and making observations. I will be observing my AMMO x 2 sprays today and checking out others reactions.

My A was quite moody when I applied it today within 10 minutes of application. I was asking her a question about keys and She would tell me, ‘You KNOW I can’t hear you over in the bathroom with that low voice of yours!’ Ouch, so I deepened my voice, doing a Barry White, and while walking toward her, as I asked her the same question with a big smile. Her response was ‘Oh, I said louder not manlier!’ and she replied to my smile with her own.
I’m not sure what to make of it because sometimes she will be a bit more snappish when I wear none. Or it could have been a sleepless night.
Within an hour of application, Interactions with fellow engineers have been straight, to the point, but easy going as well. These are a couple of Hispanic early 30’s guys. AMMO doesn’t seem to put up any barriers with others and I can handle it’s signal well. Older, early 50’s Asian, I’ve known for years, gives me a wider berth with AMMO on, this is respect on what I’m doing and how I’m doing it, though he is a higher up in my chain of command.
Stuff like this keeps my mind occupied as well as my work. I prefer posting as it feels a bit better to be sharing my thoughts and observations in a creative way as opposed to the technical crunching of numbers or analytic programming.
