Ok so there is this guy that I find attractive. I told my friend, come to find he is best friends with her boyfriend. She was just itching to tell her boyfriend that I liked his friend. I said that was fine just as long as he didn’t say anything to the guy. So she told her boyfriend and apparently before she could say anything her boyfriend was like “My friend thinks Tiffany stares at him all the time.” . Yeah… I’m not sure if thats a bad or good thing. I have looked at him, but never DIHL/creepy kind of stares. Heres where I need advice. Do you guys think this is a bad or good thing? Is it bad that he would mention that out of the blue? I hope he doesn’t think I’m a creeper . Hahaha.
Thanks so much everyone! Your advice and opinions are greatly appreciated
I took Sillykitty’s advice and didn’t even look his way today. Anytime I noticed him coming down the hall, I didn’t pay him any attention. I noticed (peripherals) everytime I passed he would glance my way. Haha I think I threw him off .
Ha yeah, I totally get that. I feel the same way about guys who stare with there jaw open! lol. I look at guys, but I’m pretty positive I don’t stare like some creepy person. Thats why It threw me off when he said this
I think that may make him think you are acting weird. Instead you should acknowledge his presence by saying hi or whatever and be a little friendly without showing you have interest in him more than being a friend.
If you pretend like you dont know him things will be awkward between the two of you.
Depends on the guy’s level of confidence. Most guys wont approach a girl who doesnt seem friendly and open to be approached. Being friendly goes a long way.
Well i don’t actually know the guy. I just think he’s cute, otherwise I would say hi. I’m not really the kinda person who says hi to people I don’t know (I’m kinda shy at times).
Playing that game works for some guys but it’s not a guarantee.
He knows you like him and you know you like him. I think you should go talk to him and start a conversation see where things lead.
That way you will not waste your time. If you play cat and mouse and waste a week, a month or even more and then find out he doesn’t like you or worse he has a g/f that would be tragic.
The cat is already out of the bag. Use it to your advantage and see what this guy is really about so you know your next move.
Now this is a pheromone forum isn’t it. The next time you talk to him you can try my all so favourite MX135.
This is a fun, subtly sexy mix that will get him noticing you.
You are so right about this. Theres no use in wasting my time. I really need to just talk to him if I expect this to go anywhere! lol. Now if I could just find the right approach… .
Ow, I thought you at least knew him. Then I guess you should start a little small talk with him next time when you and your other friends get together. Just remember dont stare, mkay?
Maromi~ If a guy insults you behind your back… (dude.. she stares at me) thats a sign he is NOT interested… if he were he would be asking for you…
You do not want to play his game or you will always be “playing”… no phero in the world will make up for his lack of persuit in you… do you really want a jerk who insults you before you even know him?
My advice to you is to stay away, treat him like everyone else… dont even give him the gift of ignoring him… its just to much effort.
When a guy really likes you AND they are worth it… they will fight tooth and nail for you.
Thats the way of the birds and the bees darlin, if your gorgeous smile or your witty ways havent hooked him dont go chasing what is not meant to be…
You cannot “win” a guy over (unless they take the girlie role, which is sooo exhausting and ultimately makes for a lose-lose situation), You are meant to be won over. This is what makes for great relationship/sex… who wants a wimp???
No offense but your advice sounds like you are 100 years old or something because your way of thinking is so not 21st century. Just because you probably never won a guy over doesnt mean no other women ever pulled it off.
It may be true that the guy may not be attracted to Maromi initially. But she wants him and I think we should encourage her to pursue what she wants. Even if she doesnt get him at least she will be able to sleep in peace and feel great for giving the power to herself instead of waiting and waiting.
I know this guy who is handsome, popular and rich but dated a little woman for years until they broke up because he had to marry someone else because they had different religions and his family wont support the marriage. So my point is a guy is a normal human being too whose heart can be touched by things other than looks.
I agree with Jankren; don’t play games, just go talk to him, be curious, see what he’s really like. And then if he’s not into you (or you’re not into him, which is just as likely!) you can move on without regrets.
