Ok , so a got a questionl… If i want to take the pheros with me on vacation…how do i got about packing it to preventin from security from taking it or observing me using pheros , that would be embharasing
second how do i pack it from leaking (though im more concerned about getting it through security)

From what I’ve read, you should put em in a ziploc bag ion your CHECKED luggage. ALong w/ your bidywash(if you use it), shampoo, etc..
And you wanna wear some on the flight spray b4 you go.

I flown before but not with pheros in luggage…they dont scan your luggage when you check it right? like you put it on the stand but its scanned on the conveyer belt…I guess once its in there its there so ill be fine? ok cool…I dont need it on the plane just for there , for the clubs…can you let me know how your journey traveing with pheros goes …when you flying?
Im goin Nov 7-10th..they scan it after you give it to the chick at the baggage check in..And if they check your bag inthe back, they’ll have they craptastic silver “TSA” sticker, so you’ll know. IF they do that, I’d check your bag after you claim it at the carousel.
They took my new Norelco shaver..bastards..Luckily I had insurance, but still..
At least you got the insurace , that does suck though..they can be assholes..yea i hope they dont know…see when its cologne its fine..but when they see these tiny blue weird looking potion like bottles they may get suspicious… i hope they dont take it… i wish somone who travelled with them on this forum can maybe also add their exaperience/ views… good thing you got that insurace though ,
Yeah I traveled with my goods this past summer, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy, and little hassle I received from it.
Like imsoalive said, the trick is to check everything. What I did was to take a bunch of my to go bottles and a few metal atomizers which I then taped shut (to prevent any leaking during transport) and I placed all of then in a small plastic box I found laying around… and I then placed the box in a ziplock bag.
My one suggestion is to leave the large blue bottles home and only bring things in to go bottles or small atomizers. That way if anything does get confiscated your not losing everything.
What if its in oil form phero , there is no to go for it ?

Then I go and break the law and keep a to go in my pocket. I don’t ever mention it and they have never caught it. I guess if they do I could just say cologne and I must have forgot.
Sure you could take your oil based stuff along, it’s just that since there’s no to go bottles for the oil based products your probably going to have to take the mother load with you. Which means you risk having your $70 dollar bottle of A314 confiscated… so if your cool with taking that risk then go for it.
And yeah an atomizer is just a fancy word for a small spritzy bottle, you could usually get them for under ten bucks

the thing is i wouldnt risk a 70 dollar bottle either , but what choise do i have if it only comes in oil and i need it with me…guess its the only choice then
I fly on national and international flights every month or two and have carried mones in Sephora atomizers for nearly 5 years without a single problem. I keep one in my carry-on and several others in my checked bag. Both are in the TSA required quart sized zip-lock baggy.
The only time I observed a problem, my GF tossed all her makeup shit in her carry-on and didn’t use the damn baggy. The TSA gave her a hard time and said it looked like she was trying to hide something. Actually she’s just a slob when it comes to packing and was merely carrying lipstick, eyeliner, perfume, etc.
Go to the TSA website and they tell you in no uncertain term what’s legal and proper for travel. Don’t take our word for it. Know the truth unfiltered.
Well if your dead set on transporting your oils I suppose you could always purchase a small dropper bottle, and put a small amount in the bottle for transport.

I’ve been workin’ on this. I’m a driver, out for 16-24 hours at a time so all my gear has to be mobile. I haven’t flown with my sauce, yet. Haven’t been searched on the road, yet. Should be interesting.

You want to avoid a leak or you and your luggage will smell like pheromones. Wait a minute, you already smell like pheromones. Never mind.
What you really want to avoid is full scale spills like this: YOU got to read this!!!! My little ramble... Imagine a broken bottle of A314, surrounded by half a dozen immeadiately Alpha cops, all of whom want to be the first one to call out the hazmat team. If they know it was you, you will get the bill!
The droppers are very cool. I’ve been refilling a glass vial from a cologne sample with A314. Lasts a couple of weeks. But it is glass and could be crushed. I carry it in a hard case. The dropper bottle is unbreakable and does give a nice repeatable dose.
I’ve been using cigarette cases. The old fashion flip open kind. They fit nice in a pocket, can’t be crushed, close tight, and i put absorbent liners in them to catch any leaks. The liners also hold the bottles so they don’t rattle around. The 20 cigarette case holds 5 of our to-go bottles and an oil vial. The 10 cigarette case holds 2 to-go bottle and an oil vial.
The Altoid type mint tins will hold 2 or 3 tubes, but you want good liners. They are not very leakproof.
Even though it wouln’t fit my case, the atomizers are really good idea for public transportation. A little spritz of Shine inside the cap and maybe they will know it’s cologne before they go blastin’ it all over the place. If you’re going to carry the to-go tubes, it’s been recomended several times to strip off the labels and relabel a set of them with something that clearly says COLOGNE. (Still haven’t done it myself :o)
The atomizers would fit nice in the phero wallet that Gone with the Wind worked up. Constructing a PheroWallet I’ve been hunting around to find something like this. It would be really cool if i could afford to have one of the local saddlemakers come up with something custom made. I’ll get back to you later with more details on that one.
Dancing_Joker fabricated a 5 tube “clip” that i can’t figure out how to recreate. A phero holster clip: carrying five 4ml spray tubes in one pocket clip That was back in '06. I wonder what he’s useing for a case nowadays.
Before i setup a mixing bench to refill the 5ml to-go tubes, i carried the 30ml full size in a small camera bag stuffed with paper towels to keep 'em from rattling around. The camera bags are inexpensive and come in a variety of sizes. They are cushioned and waterproof from the outside, so they’re leakproof from the inside. They are discreet becuase Jo Public thinks she knows what’s in there. If wanted to be really covert, you could actually carry a camera in the bag.
People have tried carrying all kinds of things. Cell phone, PDA, DVD cases. Pencil and pen cases. Eyeglass cases. Makeup bags and cases. Artist’s brush wraps. Shotgun shell holders. The phero wealthy Steve-O totes his around in cigar boxes. Come to think of it, a cigar pocket case or a pipe tobacco pouch would work too. Ultimately, everybody wants to strap 'em on like Batman’s utility belt!

Sephora sells these atomizers that work very well. I have three, but they are quite costly.

I just came back from multiple trips this week. I carried my whole Phero collection with me in my carry-on. I didn’t have any checked luggage. All I did was put them in a zip-lock bag and when the time came, I put them in the bin for security to run through the x-ray machine. I’ve never had a problem in the past and this trip was another success. I went from Philadelphia to Birmingham…No problem. I then flew to LA…no problem. I then went to Utah…no problem and then finally back home to Philadelphia. I had all of the original labels on my bottles and everything. The zip-lock bag always makes it through the x-ray machine and i have no problems. I’ve been putting my pheros in my carry-on bag for about 4 months and I’ve never had a problem once, and I usually travel once or more a week.

Right. The atomizers are for colognes and spray pheros. The little pocket atomizers need to be high quality to handle full strength perfume without getting the tip plugged up. The big atomizers with the bulb have enough power to blast thru. Oil will definately gum up the works. No matter what you use, it’s a good idea to flush the pump with straight alcohol once in a while.
For oil, fill a vial. That dropper bottle looks better all the time. How about one of the teeny tiny eyedrop bottles? Needs to hold at least a weeks worth. Don’t want to be filling it all the time. Hmmm?
There has been some talk about cutting the oil pheros with alcohol. But nobody recommends it. Better off to try A314 in one of the spray versions. There are several. Check the store.
Exactly. Use To Go bottles or something small. Put the names on them. Put clear tape over the names so any small leak will not erase the ink. Put a napkin in the bag to absorb any small leaks.
But if you have one - and only one - To Go bottle with a good mix in your pocket and forget it is there - with no other metal on - you will not set off a metal detector.
