I’d love to get some tips on what’s best to do after a first meeting/date.. (I always use pheromones on the date.. recently ammunition + instant honesty)
Normally I send a message some hours later saying I enjoyed her company…
many times I don’t get anything back..
Not sure why this happens. Should I be waiting 24 hours before sending a single message? I thought that was kind of game playing which I hate to do.. But if most women I’m meeting react this way.. perhaps it’s time for me to change behaviour..
Give it time…
Maybe wait 48hours or 72… and then call.
Or you can not say nothing during some time, and then she will be thinking if you didn’t like her company…
DOnt send a message that night, it shows you are over eager which could result in you being way to clingy.
Sadly playing the game is often the best way to go. It sounds sad but many of us have been brain washed to believe that the rules are infact essential (though we wont necessarily admit this to ourselves).
I would only make contact the day after if it was the most amazing date and she makes special note to tell you to call the next day, or if plans are made to see eachother so soon after. Otherwise I would wait at least 2 days.
Sadly in my experience anyone who has made more of an effort and has contacted ASAP has turned out to be way to eager and turns out to be a lil stalkerish in other parts of the relationship.
THats the funny thing is, totally non-stalkerish guys can come across like that. (and some girls can even ring that out in men that would never be that way usually).
This is definetly a tough question, very dependant on the woman. If she was feeling you, then yes. Or you may want to invite her to something casual…or if you have a mutual friend bring them in to the tangent, for example dinner or a get together with them and others. That way she doesnt feel obligated to be with you if she isnt quite feeling it yet…
Or if you can remember something that she said she liked during your first date maybe bring that into the tangent, (this shows you were listening).
Otherwise, dont do to much, as you dont want to seem overly eager, though women like to be chased, they also like the suave man who isnt overly eager (The bad boy, who doesnt need them )
Perhaps I could mention that salad she said she wanted to try.. that’s what I’m recalling .. or mention a book she spoke about..
But I’ll best leave her be for a couple of days..meanwhile I did get another number..
How about texting (a la Mehow) “That’s it, I come home and find out that you have been shagging the pool man, I want a divorce. You can have the Bentley but I’m keeping the house in Maui.” or “I guess that’s it then. I’m moving out. WTF do we do about the cats? Fluffy’s mine.”?
I used a combination of the two “Right that’s it, you haven’t been in touch so I want a divorce. You can keep the villa in St. Lucia and I’ll keep the Bentley. But who gets custody of Fluffy?” two weeks ago after sending two texts without response. I got an immediate response, text banter and an invitation shortly afterwards.
ROFLMAO!!! I love this!
If you’re as cute in person as you are on this board, you’d definitely get a response from me…as long as I get the house, the villa and the Bentley… then, maybe, we’ll discuss who gets the pus..ah…cat!
Wolf gets emails from me on a regular basis…no talk of divorce…but there is frequent reference to the…cat.
Sure, I’d give guys my number…especially if they kept buggin’ me. Here’s my number… 1 - my area code - 846-1212. Trust me they got the message.
Kidding aside. Phoenix, I’m beginning to think you may have to hit some of these girly’s a little harder straight out of the gate…you need to leave more of an impression. JMO.
Some more kino you would say? I find it depends on the girl.. and the location. If we’re sitting at a somewhat big table it can be tricky to do some kino.. Of course if you go somewhere else yes…
Kino is good. Big table little table, bar, wherever. If you’re at a big table and you ‘spy’ her. Lock in. If she responds…looks back, looks frequently, you keep catching her looking…
At the first viable opportunity, move in, putting yourself in close proximity. The pheromones…you need to up the ante here…How much AMMO are you wearing?..1X, 2x? how much Instant Honesty? Do you have any TAF or other putatives. I think these might help you here…I’m also thinking, maybe some EST…Tater seems to do quite well with it.
In what other circumstances are you meeting the lovelies? Are you usually alone when meeting them…are they? Meaning you/she has arrived at the group alone and not come with other friends?
Well it isnt hard to date a single mom if you invite her and the child out to do something kid friendly.Of course if you dont like kids, look for another date. But asking a woman who has to find/pay for childcare out with her child, even for a short date, like pizza, or chuckie cheese would get huge points from me. Plus I might invite them back to my place, get the kid to bed and have a little adult fun myself…just a thought..
but if you dont really like/enjoy kids, dont try it. A woman can spot a man who is insincere about her child a mile away and if you screw it up… there’s no forgiveness. Good luck!
Well I sent the message and got ignored again.. that’s it then..
This type of situation still sort of bothers me.. it’s like being on a ‘fake’ date.. she’s pretending to like you and mentioning another meeting etc, but after all.. it amounts to less than nothing!
anyway, life goes on.. thanks for the great advice. it was fun after all to send that message.
Timing for an after date text? Next weekday afternoon around lunchtime is perfect. Now I do wonder if this lady is very experienced with texting. I know two ladies (both slightly older than me) who aren’t very familiar with it. They can email and use their cell phones but seem a little scared of text messages. Emailing her might be more reliable.
Also, women are just as guilty of the fake “I’ll call you.” Just like a man, I dread the “But, why?” question. I’d hate to have him get upset if I told him straight out I’m not interested. And sometimes, my rejection is based on superficial personal preference and would be indefensible in an argument: silly tie, talks about mom too much, owns three(!) hamsters. Better to let things drift off into nothingness than risk getting personal.
