To be fair, I have included some rather unfavorable reviews of MX105 as well (though Tater does like it for Japanese women :slight_smile: ). Note also that dmags found the smell of MX105 ‘putrid’ which is somewhat unusual considering it has almost the same components as MX102, MX103 and MX104…

Aside from the proposed ‘Younger man’s A314’/‘Cool guy vibe’ synergy, here are some other reasons why MX105 may go along with P74.

**Perronec for one found that P74 brings a real useful fun, social vibe even to the seriousness of high-dose A314 (2 drops or more)/MX102. **

Sigma was a firm believer in ‘anchoring’ P74 with some A314 (or an A314-like mix such as MX105). In addition Lor, agreed with Sigma’s idea that P74 needs to be grounded by something else. He, being a male, believed A314 was the way to retain control and composure with P74 while she was going to try feminine notes like TAH (https://pheromonelabs.com/) and TAL (https://pheromonelabs.com/) to go along with it (her other ideas for P74 ‘steerers’ included TAF (https://pheromonelabs.com/) and **P103 (https://pheromonelabs.com/)). Laurie, based on her own experiences, agreed that P74 on its own may make one lose respect with people and also thought that it may need another product to temper its effects.

Anyway from the posts that I pasted above we can see that MX105 should also work fine to anchor the P74 and retain some kind of commanding, purposeful aura to restrain some of the social chaos that P74 can bring along with it…

I 2nd a nomination for something of this type. Maybe mix it in a cologne scent that has a medium diffusion range. You don’t want your phero cloud to be spread TOO thin and become hardly noticable, but you don’t want people to have to be right next to you to feel your vibe, either.

Another suggestion: mix it in such a way that the p74 doesn’t diffuse too quickly. My p74 seems to wear off in less than an hour, so I think some molecules that slow the diffusion of the p74 would be wonderful.

This seems to be worth a test. I don’t have MX105, but MX103 is (hopefully) on it’s way soon. I’ll chime in again as soon as it has arrived and I had some time to give it a try!

With regards to the P74 only lasting a short time, there has been some controversy about the duration of P74 (Experimental Pheromone P74 - Alpha A314)’s effects. After a bit of experimenting I tend to think it may last a solid 5 hours or even more (although the effects do taper off a bit). It definitely isn’t as fast diffusing as ‘fugitive’ molecules like TAA and Alpha-Androstenol but not as slow diffusing as Androstenone. I’ve never tried higher doses of p74. All I’ve gotten was a little to go bottle, so I’ve been weary of trying a megadose only to not come in contact with many people that day and wasting half the bottle. Also, it was part of the MX156-159 package and it came with an ammo scent. I dare not go up too high cause I don’t want to knock people over with my scent. I’d order some more… but it appears I don’t have access to the advanced section, yet. :angry: Everything is “out of stock.”

Well I would be interested in hearing of your results if you did try reasonably high doses of P74 (50 mcg and above). Remember to try the trick I mentioned above of adding a communication-enhancing pheromone (like Alpha-Androstenol) say 3 hours after application of the P74. You should definitely notice the P74 coming out again bigtime when you spray on the communication-enhancing pheromone.

I do propose that MX105/P74 could be put in an oil-base together as both elements last a decent length of time. In that way it may be a similar ‘base’ mix to A314 in a way - but more easygoing, and suitable at displaying high social value first and foremost and also better at appealing to the younger crowd.

I actually think the MX105/P74 combo does need an additional element added to it. The ‘third pillar’ of this powerful and revolutionary formula should be the old classic ‘social’ pheromone, Alpha-Androstenol itself.

One of the primary testers of MX105, Sigma, described the way that Alpha-Androstenol and MX105 mix really well together creating a ‘socially alpha’ vibe (see pasted posts below). Given my theory that P74 needs an added communication-enhancing pheromone to be at its most consistent, Alpha-Androstenol would seem to be the natural addition to the ‘Younger man’s A314’/‘Cool guy vibe’ combination.

And we all know how useful Alpha-Androstenol is as an addition to any mix. I have pasted in some posts from MHarris on this pheromone to remind of us. Also it is no coincidence that two of the biggest names in the pheromone world, James V. Kohl and George Dodd, both use Alpha-Androstenol as a key ingredient in their products…

Heck, you can read “hit reports” at basenotes.net, a normal perfume site, for Andron. That came out out over 25 years ago (1981). Besides the fragrance, the only pheromone it contained was Alpha Androstenol. That’s it!

While Alpha-Androstenol may be the essential third pillar in the MX105/P74 combo, I think it might be best that it were kept out of a future oil-based MX105/P74 formula. Like MHarris said late last year (see first pasted post below), he prefers core effects of Androtics flagship A314-product to stay the same. I guess the core ‘Younger Man’s A314’/‘Cool guy vibe’ (‘Higher social status’) effect that the MX105/P74 combo could bring should also ‘be left alone’ - people could add other pheromones for ‘taste’ as they wish.

Also we do know that A314 components (like those in MX105) can last a good 10-12 hours in an oil base. P74 seems to be suprisingly long lasting as well based on May and Matthew24’s posts I pasted in above. In my opinion P74, is far longer lasting (diffuses slower) than Alpha-Androstenol as well-though the putative’s effects can be a little inconsistent without another ‘communication-driver’ in there.

So the ideal strategy might be to have a core long lasting oil-based MX105/P74 product and add to it products that contain substantial amounts of Alpha-Androstenol - Instant Openness / Spaceland / CTTM. So theoretically more sprays of the Alpha-Androstenol product could be added later in the day/night to maintain the ‘Socially Alpha effect’. Of course Androstenone (or even possibly P83) could be added for a more sexually aggressive vibe…

“Guys, we’ve sold out of this microbatch of A314 (A314 Classic Edition – Trust & Respect Pheromone for Men - Alpha A314). We had about 100 bottles.

The A314 “core” for a new batch has already been made. I’d like to finalize it today.

How did those of you who picked up this batch like it? I don’t mean the scent, per se… I mean the pheromonal effects. Ever so slight tweaks were made. It was closer to the formula used in MX172 than it was MX102.

**I’m willing to make other, very small additions or subtractions. The core effects must remain the same, so no dramatic recommendations, please.

i..e., I’m not going to add P76 (https://pheromonelabs.com/), P77 (https://pheromonelabs.com/) or P80 (https://pheromonelabs.com/) to Classic. As useful as it’d be to make the product more “all in one”, I’m not going to add a major amount of alpha **androstenol (Instant Openness – Ice Breaker Pheromone for Men - Alpha A314), either. Not to the core “classic” formula, anyway. Again, any tweaks should only serve to support or enhance the core effects, not change their nature. No George Lucas style editing.

Given those parameters, let me know your experiences with the last batch and ideas for the next. I’ll do my best.

“They do. They use dpg as a fixative, which is good, but not great. I may be moving to a different glycol entirely that has shown itself to be about 20% better than DPG at fixation. For pheromones such as androstenol (Instant Openness – Ice Breaker Pheromone for Men - Alpha A314) and **TAA (Molecule A – Carefree Youthful Uplifting Pheromone - Pheromone Labs), though, that still might not be “good enough”.**

The compounds in the orange formula used in the Instant line work much better to a give nice extended release and a superior “pheromone cloud”.

I want to keep the Instant line simple, but ExperiMone users tend to know what they’re doing much more than a newbie… I think I’ll add the orange mixture as an option… both a light (same as Instant line) and heavy options.”

“…Raw Power has a couple of diffusion enhancers that do bring out the natural androstenone (Turn Up the Heat – Sensual Pheromone Spray Cologne for Men - Alpha A314) odor a little more (to those who can smell it), but otherwise, it’s unscented.

Sprays, especially high volume sprays like the ones we use, almost always diffuse pheromones better than point application products.

Visualize the androstenone molecules, if you will.

With a typical oil, you’re applying a dot and spread it over a limited area. You’re stacking the androstenone molecules high, one on top of each other.

With a high-volume spray, you’re spreading a fine layer across a larger area of skin.

The skin is the heated surface who’s job is to help diffuse molecules on it’s surface. The more you stack molecules, the less they heat up and diffuse… especially androstenone, which has a high affinity for the skin, and for other androstenone molecule. It loves to hold on, and NOT diffuse.

As a metaphor, think of an imaginary tall pot of water with very little width or length, more like a tall glass of water than a pot. Very little bottom to touch the heated surface area of a stove. This is similar to point application style products, such the oil and alcohol based ones that use droppers.

Contrast that to a big, wide pot, that’s short. Lots of area to make contact with the heat source, and a big wide mouth with lots of surface area to release steam from. A big wide pan like this would be more akin to a spray product.

The more surface area you cover, the faster and easier it is to heat up the pheromone molecules. You also have more area to diffuse from. Two pluses in terms of diffusion.

Where point applied oil based products really shine is in warm weather. Your body is virtually a diffusion machine when it gets hot out, and it’s nice to have the rate limiting effect of oil products at that time.

The other area where oils sometimes shine is with molecules that tend to diffuse quickly on their own.** Unlike **androstenone (Turn Up the Heat – Sensual Pheromone Spray Cologne for Men - Alpha A314), which can stick to the skin for days, alpha androstenol (Instant Openness – Ice Breaker Pheromone for Men - Alpha A314) diffuses very quickly in comparison. It’s fleeting and can benefit from oil application.

You don’t get the intensity of reactions from oil-Androstenol as you do spray Androstenol, but the effect you do get is long lasting. (We do have 11,400 mcg per bottle alpha androstenol, beta androstenol and Androsterone @ 20mcg drop drop; twice the dose of Raw power, at the same price as Raw power)”

i plan to try it with mx103 once my next order comes in. to bad mx105 is not back in the store nor does it look like it is coming back soon.
